Please read my policies before booking. -The prepayment is a NONREFUNDABLE/NONTRANSFERABLE deposit required on all services to secure your appointment slot and the remainder of the balance is due at the time of your appointment. This means this deposit cannot be refunded or moved to a future appointment if the appointment is canceled/ rescheduled by you. If in the event you need to reschedule another deposit will be required! All deposits are deducted from the total amount. 
 -You must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment, cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. If you No call/No show I have the right to refuse Re-booking for any future appointments and will be charged the full amount of the service booked. All reschedules/cancellations need to be processed through my website. If it does not allow you to cancel or reschedule, this means you are outside of the 24 hour period for cancellation or rescheduling. 
 -I respect communication, I understand unexpected things may arise. In the event an emergency happens I carry the discretion to waive any last minute cancellation fees. Please communicate with me !! -NO CALLS, NO SHOWS will be charged the entire balance of service scheduled to the credit/debit card on file. You must cancel 24hrs before your appointment or you will be considered a no show. This balance must be paid in full before rescheduling any future services, no exceptions. 
 -Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. 
- For safety purposes absolutely no children are allowed here at CURV Recovery & Wellness Spa unless discussed with provider first. - Teenagers 18 and under who are receiving a service must be accompanied by their parent and the parent must stay during the entire duration of the service.
