With over 12 years of experience in healthcare and six years specializing in post-operative induration, Curv Recovery has been proudly serving the Rochester community since 2020. We are widely recognized as Rochesterâs leading post-op recovery choice, trusted by clients and supported by multiple local surgeons throughout the Rochester area. Founded by a Licensed Post-Operative Induration Specialist, Curv Recovery was created to provide structured, education-driven recovery for cosmetic surgery patients who want to heal safely, comfortably, and correctly. Our services focus on incisional drainage, post-operative recovery support, compression guidance, fibrosis management, and recovery planning, all tailored to each clientâs unique surgical journey. Our training includes advanced post-operative education through TOSI University, and we maintain active membership with CSL Therapy, aligning our practice with current standards, ethics, and best practices in post-operative care. With hands-on training completed in the Dominican Republic and Colombia, we combine global post-op techniques with evidence-based practices to support proper healing, comfort, and long-term results. We are currently advancing toward board certification in post-operative recovery, reinforcing our commitment to continued education, safety, and excellence. CANCELLATION POLICY
CURV Recovery Booking & Cancellation Policy A non-refundable, non-transferable $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your visit. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hoursâ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. ⸝ Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows ⢠Single sessions: The full remaining balance of your appointment will be charged to the card on file. ⢠Package clients: You will have the option to either: ⢠Pay a $25 same-day fee, OR ⢠Forfeit one session from your package. ⸝ Rescheduling All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance using the online booking link. If the website does not allow you to cancel, that means you are outside of the cancellation window. ⸝ Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. If youâre seen after arriving late, your session will be shortened to avoid impacting the next clientâs time. No time extensions or discounts will be provided. ⸝ Other Terms ⢠No Call / No Show: Will result in a full charge and may result in being blocked from booking future services. ⢠Children: No children are allowed unless previously discussed and approved. ⢠Minors: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must remain present for the duration of the service. ⸝ Emergency Situations I understand that emergencies happen. If something comes up, please reach out. At my discretion, I may waive fees in the case of a true emergency â communication is key.
